A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for new clients

At least 24 hours notice is required to change or cancel an appointment. Failure to give suitable notice may result in the loss of your deposit

At Mysa, we are able to remove another technicians work, however we can't do infills

Please do not bring anyone else with you unless prior agreement (due to lack of space)

Please follow all aftercare advice. Mysa will be not be held responsible if this is not followed

Any issues will be resolved free of charge within 48 hours of your treatment.

Mysa reserve the right to refuse any treatments

Payments can be made by either cash or bank transfer and must be paid before you leave

Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment

If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment without notification, Mysa refuse the right to cancel which may result in the loss of your deposit

Mysa cannot carry out any treatments on persons under the age of 16 and under 18's will need parental consent
